BallerTV Automated Communication

Overview

Each week, an automated email is sent to configured recipients containing BallerTV roster files for all events scheduled that weekend. This eliminates the need to manually pull and send rosters.

Configuring Recipients

To receive the roster emails, navigate to Settings → Emails at events.prephoops.com/settings/emails and add your email under the BallerTV section. Settings persist after save.

How It Works

The command ballertv:send-rosters runs on a schedule and sends an email with the subject:

Rosters for the Events on the Weekend of {Friday} - {Sunday, Year}

One .xlsx file per event is attached. The file contents vary by event type:

• Showcase — Event, First Name, Last Name, Team Number, Jersey Number, Email, Player Phone, Guardian First Name, Guardian Last Name, Guardian Email, Guardian Phone, Graduating Class, Height, High School, Home State
• Tournament — Brand, Name, Team Name, Jersey Number, School, Height, Class, State, Phone, Email
